After a management diploma at Edhec, Chloé began a career in communications consulting between Paris and (especially) Montreal, where she stayed for ten years. She has worked with international clients in many sectors (banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, food).
Her management practice and interest in team dynamics led her to turn to the cultural transformation of organisations and to team coaching.
Passionate about interactions within teams, Chloé certified herself as a coach (ICF & systemic) and professional trainer.
She likes themed parties, fine beers, looking for deals on Vinted, political debates, drinks with friends, sleep without interruption ans salted butter.
Anca has more than 15 years of experience in the field of management and human resources. After working as a HRD, she led a large number of transformation projects with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in France as well as in Central and Eastern Europe.
Her training in clinical psychology, her qualities as a coach and trainer are now at the service of organisations and teams that want to develop their agility and leadership and gain coherence with their purpose.
She likes fine wines, walks in the woods, dancefloors, alternative education programs, inspiring books, drinks and Paris.
After her management training at Edhec, Nathalie naturally turned to strategy, organisation and management consulting. For the past fifteen years, she has accompanied organisations in all their movements, from creation to development, but also in their various changes and transformations.
She believes in the capacity of each organisation to renew and reinvent itself. To support them, she has developed a specific expertise in collective efficiency and agility. Nathalie is also trained in coaching.
